Contacting us
The website provides email links. Your message is transmitted through your own email service only when you send it. Belief System uses the details you provide to respond, based on the pre-contractual steps you request or its legitimate interest in managing professional enquiries. Contacting us does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Recipients and retention
Correspondence is accessible to Belief System and the providers needed to deliver it, including Google Workspace for email. An enquiry that does not lead to further work is retained for up to 12 months after the last exchange. Contractual documents follow applicable statutory periods. The website does not store messages in a database.
Website operation
Belief System has installed no advertising or audience measurement tools. Article searches and language selection work locally without application cookies. OpenAI and its providers, including Cloudflare, may process technical data needed for hosting, security and abuse prevention under their policies and obligations. Their retention periods are separate from those for email correspondence.
Transfers and your rights
Provider infrastructure may process data outside the European Economic Area. Applicable safeguards are described in the provider documents below. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, object or request portability. You may also complain to the CNIL.
