Technology, AI and cybersecurity
Technology earns credibility when people understand what it can do, what it cannot do and who is accountable. We help technology businesses explain their expertise and limitations to customers, decision-makers, the media and employees.
Move from claims to evidence
An AI, cybersecurity or digital sovereignty announcement can raise as many expectations as there are questions. Describe a feature is not enough: you need to specify its use, operating conditions, limitations and elements that support its performance.
Technical content, commercial statements and responses to incidents must remain consistent. An absolute promise of safety is particularly fragile when a failure occurs.
For an international group entering France, local information should distinguish the French project from global commitments. A shared evidence file and a French-language point of contact make it easier to answer sector-specific questions without assuming that the home-market narrative will transfer unchanged.
Connect expertise, reputation and discoverability
We structure messages, evidence and reference content. GEO aims to make the expertise accessible and verifiable in research and generative responses; it does not guarantee any citation or ranking.
- Clarify usage cases, data governance and division of responsibilities.
- Build an expert speech understandable by a steering committee and the media.
- Prepare communication, security, legal and customer service coordination in case of incident.
- Publish explicit pages, useful definitions and analyses related to primary sources.
Illustrative scenario: launching an AI service
A company prepares the launch of an assistant for professionals. Rather than announcing full automation, it exposes the tasks covered, human controls and known limits. A demonstration, a method sheet and a FAQ allow to adapt the speech to buyers, users and journalists.
An error scenario is also prepared: how to verify the fact, answer the user and correct the public documentation? This is an illustrative situation, without any commercial result attributed to a customer.
Assess meaningful authority
Deliverables may include a message platform, evidence library, expert content calendar and cyber communication protocol. The measure distinguishes technical accessibility, message understanding, quality of references and qualified incoming requests.
For IA responses, a sample of requests must be stable and documented. An isolated variation in a model is not a single trend of reputation.
