Retail and agri-food
Price, origin, availability and product safety are concrete questions of trust. We help retailers and agri-food businesses explain trade-offs, substantiate commitments and coordinate responses when an incident occurs.
Substantiate commitments
A claim on origin, environment or quality must be able to relate to a product, perimeter and method. Information valid for a range does not necessarily describe all the references of a sign.
The communication also meets the constraints of suppliers, stores and logistics. A national message must remain accurate at local level; teams in contact with consumers need up-to-date information and usable responses.
For an international group entering France, local information should distinguish the French project from global commitments. A shared evidence file and a French-language point of contact make it easier to answer sector-specific questions without assuming that the home-market narrative will transfer unchanged.
Organise the response across the chain
We are working on corporate messages, dialogue with public actors, media relations and sensitive situations. The strategy links commitments to the reality of procurement and consumer expectations.
- Clarify trade-offs between price, origin, quality and availability.
- Verify consistency of public evidence and formulations.
- Prepare recalls with quality, legal, distributors and customer service.
- Provide local teams and spokespersons with common information.
Illustrative scenario: coordinating a recall
A company identifies a batch subject to recall. Its public notice gives consumers the product details they need to identify the affected item, the action to take and a reliable contact. Stores, distributors, digital channels and the media receive consistent information.
The process follows the necessary questions and corrections. The communication accompanies the applicable security and notification procedure; it does not replace it. This example is not a customer case.
Deliverables that work in practice
A registry of evidence, a message matrix, an alert procedure and an evolving FAQ are useful bases. The editorial calendar can process sector trade-offs and commitments with dated and contextualized data.
Monitoring distinguishes between the scope of information, its understanding and the actions actually possible. Online comments are a signal to be analysed, not an exhaustive measure of consumer opinion.

Reputation & crisis management
Build a coherent response when facts, expectations and decisions move quickly.
Media relations
Build credible, useful relationships with newsrooms.
Sensitive announcement: a readiness checklist
An announcement is ready when the facts, responsibilities and response arrangements are clear.
Corporate disinformation campaigns: correct the record without amplifying manipulation
Companies must distinguish legitimate criticism, error and coordinated misleading activity. The right response depends on evidence, exposed audiences and potential harm, not message volume alone.
Supplier crisis communications: explain your responsibility without speculation
A supplier alert can challenge business continuity or social and environmental commitments. Calling the issue external does not explain how the company will respond.
