Mobility and infrastructure
Infrastructure is judged through everyday use as well as its long-term promise. We help mobility organisations connect strategic projects with practical service information, from local dialogue to disruption response.
Connect the project with everyday experience
An investment can carry a long-term ambition while creating immediate constraints: work, change of course, noise or interruptions. A credible communication treats these constraints with the same precision as the expected benefits.
Practical information requires clear responsibilities. Who confirms a disruption? Who validates an alternative? Who updates the channels? A beautiful announcement does not compensate for outdated service information.
For an international group entering France, local information should distinguish the French project from global commitments. A shared evidence file and a French-language point of contact make it easier to answer sector-specific questions without assuming that the home-market narrative will transfer unchanged.
Prepare strategic and service communications
Belief System articulates strategic narrative, territorial mapping and operational readiness. The system combines field teams and takes into account audiences who do not consult digital channels.
- To promote understanding of the objectives, alternatives and consequences of a project.
- Coordinate relevant authorities, partners, teams and spokespersons.
- Prepare sensitive announcements, interruptions and crisis scenarios.
- Make commitments and corrections accessible to users and residents.
Illustrative scenario: changing a transport network
An operator prepares a network evolution. The calendar distinguishes dialogue on the project and information on the modalities already agreed. Frequently asked questions feed on documentation shared with teams in contact with the public.
During the deployment, dated situation points indicate known difficulties, measures taken and the next update. This illustrative situation does not imply any lack of challenge or guaranteed adherence.
Assess the reliability of the relationship
Deliverables may include a decision note, a dialogue mechanism, a message matrix, and a procedure for updating information. Quality is measured by speed of correction, understanding alternatives, and ability to trace difficulties.
Perception studies must specify their audiences and method. The results of a user survey do not automatically represent the whole territory.

Strike and labour dispute communications: inform without replacing dialogue
Labour dispute communications should preserve the possibility of discussion while providing reliable information about operations. It cannot negotiate on behalf of the parties or remove disagreement through wording.
Greenwashing allegations: test the evidence before defending the narrative
An environmental controversy often concerns the gap between a public statement and its supporting evidence. Start with the exact claim, its scope and what an audience could reasonably understand.
